Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it and hand it over to the carrier. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when the carrier delivers your parcel, they will leave a note explaining where and how to collect your Mate Amos order. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In the event that you have not picked up your order, your order will be returned and processed as a return. We cannot resend your order, in this case you will have to place the order again.

We will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 21:30 hours, we try to ship the same day. Unfortunately, we do not always succeed, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page shows whether a product is in stock. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The shipping costs depend on the size of the product ordered and the country to which the shipment has to be sent. Below is an overview of the shipping costs:

Free shipping for all purchases from €60 within the Netherlands. For purchases from € 100 with shipment to Europe (outside the Netherlands), there are no shipping costs. Delivery will be via DHL (the Netherlands) and DPB (outside the Netherlands).

For shipments in the Netherlands, delivery will generally take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All shipments can be followed via a track and trace system. Via this link the delivery can be followed and the carrier concerned will give an indication of when the delivery can be expected. You will receive the track and trace details when the package is ready to be sent. Sometimes it can take a while before the link becomes active. This has to do with the issuing and activation of the link by the selected carrier.

The shipping costs for orders outside the EU are calculated per order and depend on the delivery address and the weight and volume of the order.
